TAMI Orphanage was established as a result of a prophecy delivered by Pastor Anison, the senior pastor of ZAMIE Church in Canada, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The prophecy was first shared during a church prayer meeting on December 12, 2020, and Pastor Marcelo promptly documented it in his journal to ensure he wouldn’t forget it. In December 2021, he made a connection with a social worker who was involved in ministering to orphanages and correctional facilities. This led to Pastor Marcelo inquiring about the operations of an orphanage. On March 14, 2022, Pastor Dale, an associate pastor of ZAMIE, invited Pastor Marcelo and his wife Beth for dinner, where they discussed church matters. During the conversation, Pastor Marcelo mentioned the 2020 prophecy and the way the Lord had provided an opportunity for him to meet someone with knowledge about orphanages. Subsequently, Pastor Dale and his wife Janet prayed together with the couple about the received prophecy.

Following this, Pastor Dale requested Pastor Marcelo to present the vision and prophecy to his family and his company’s managers. After a few days, Pastor Dale expressed their desire to support the fulfillment of the prophecy, and they gave the financial support. They earnestly prayed for the Lord’s guidance in finding the right land for building the orphanage. During a church announcement on a Sunday, the plan to establish an orphanage was shared. In April 2022, a church member, Brother David, expressed his desire to support the orphanage by contributing funds for the building construction.

The vision for the land and building began to materialize, with the revelation of the land to be purchased. Ultimately, on June 26, 2022, Pastor Dale’s family foundation remitted the payment for the land, and on July 18, 2022, the Deed of Sale was signed, sealing the promise. A Board of Trustees for TAMI Orphanage was provided by the Lord, greatly assisting in carrying out the project. The purchased land was dedicated to the Lord, and a groundbreaking ceremony was celebrated on August 1, 2023. Additional funds for the building construction were also received, showing the faithfulness of the Lord in fulfilling His promises.
